We want YOU in our marketing campaign!

Now accepting applications for our video and photo shoot at Fundaes Arcade. Thursday, April 27 • 3-6 PM

As the talent, all you have to do is have FUN playing games! This is a great opportunity for you if you want modeling and acting experience. Casting children, teens and adults – Bring your family and friends!

Requirements for Participation

• You must be available for the entire session, 3-6 PM, on Thursday, April 27. Please check your calendar and mark off this day to apply.
• If you are under 18 years of age, you MUST be accompanied by a parent or guardian during the entire video and photo production session.

If you are selected to participate, after attending the video and photo shoot, you will receive a FREE $25 Game Card to Fundaes Arcade.

Complete this form and upload a photo of yourself no later than Wednesday, April 19. You will be contacted by Friday, April 21 if you have been selected to participate.
